Provencal Pork Steaks
What you need
4 porksteaks*
1/3 cup (75 mL) red wine vinegar
1 tbsp (15 mL) rosemary*
1 tbsp herbs de provence*
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp (5 mL) vegetable oil
1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
What you do
1) Place Pork steaks in a plastic bag, non-metal bowl or sealable container.
2) Combine red wine vinegar, fresh herbs, garlic, oil, pepper and salt.
3) Pour mixture over Pork; seal or cover and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours, turning meat occasionally.
4) Preheat barbecue on high; reduce temperature to medium. Place Pork chops on grill; discarding marinade
5) Close barbecue cover and grill Pork chops 8 minutes; turn and grill 7 minutes on the other side.
