Maple Pepper Pork Roast
What you need:
3 lb pork oven roast*
4 tbsp maple syrup*
6 tbsp dijon mustard*
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp pepper
What you do:
1)Preheat oven to 400ºF
2)Combine ingredients, spread mixture over pork, covering all surfaces
3)Roast for about, or until internal temperature reaches 155ºF - 160ºF
4)Let roast sit for 5 minutes
5)Carve against the grain (parallel to the strings) and serve.
