Herb & Cheddar Crumb Pork Chops

What you need:
4 pork chops*
½ cup plain breadcrumbs*
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese*
1 tsp rosemary*
2 tbsp honey dijondressng
1 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp each salt and pepper

What you do:
1) Preheat broiler.
2) Compine bread crumbs, cheese and rosemary. Drizzle with honey Dijon dressing and mix.
3) Heat oil in oven proof skillet on medium high heat.
4) Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear on one side for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove pan from heat
5) Quickly press crumb mixture onto uncooked sie of pork chops.
6) Transfer to centre rack of oven and broil for 4 minutes or until crumb topping is golden.
