Greek Beef Pot Roast
What you need:
3 ½ lb boneless beef pot roast*
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 ¾ cup tomato pasta sauce*
1 tbsp oregano*
½ cup crumbled goat cheese*
½ cup sliced pitted Greek kalamata olives (optional)
What you do:
1)Place roast in slow cooker or crock pot
2)Combine pasta sauce, olives and oregano; spoon over roast to coat meat well
3)Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours
4)Carve against the grain (parallel to the strings).
5)Sprinkle with goat cheese and serve.
